Compatible Accessories

The Rf-t CU2 rectangular fire damper is designed for large-dimension applications, with standard sizes available up to 1500 × 1000mm and fire resistance of up to 120 minutes. Its refractory casing is manufactured from asbestos-free, moisture-resistant fireproof boards, providing a robust solution for demanding installations.

For larger dimensions up to 3050 × 1650mm, the CE-marked CU2/B battery assembly provides an extended solution. The CU2 is available with a range of options and mechanisms to suit different project requirements and local regulations.

Fire dampers are installed where ventilation ducts penetrate fire-resistant compartment walls, helping to maintain the fire resistance of the wall and prevent smoke propagation. Rf-Technologies fire dampers are CE marked.

An ATEX version is also available for explosion-protected applications in Zone 1 and 2 (gas) and Zone 21 and 22 (combustible dust). The ATEX version is certified under TÜV 14 ATEX 7540 X.
