The rectangular MARKAGE MB Multi MA smoke control damper is suitable for installation in walls and refractory ducts, offering 90 or 120 minutes of fire resistance, depending on the application and installation. Available in a wide range of dimensions, including sizes up to 1,200 × 2,400mm, it has an MA and HOT400/30 classification and is also suitable for use in PDS systems.

The HOT400/30 classification ensures the damper blades can still change position during the first 30 minutes of a fire, allowing smoke control to be adjusted during or after a fire. The damper is suitable for ventilating protected lobbies and venting to shafts, either naturally or mechanically, while maintaining fire-resistant integrity in the standby position.
