Features and Benefits
Supply Voltage
The Room Sensor uses a supply voltage of +24V AC/DC or 230V 50/60Hz.
Analogue Outputs
Three Analogue 0-10V outputs are available, 1 x CO2, 1 x Temperature, 1 x Relative Humidity.
Digital Outputs
RS-485 Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP communication protocols available dependent on model.
Standalone Use
Can be used without output connections as a monitor only of CO2, Temperature or Relative Humidity
Traffic Light CO2 System
LED Indicator for visual identification of CO2 Levels, Green – OK, Yellow – Low, RED – High.
Specification
The EC-CO2TH3(B/M) Room Sensor as supplied by Elta Limited shall include the following control functions as standard:
Monitoring of CO2, Temperature and Relative Humidity
A configurable 0/2-10V linear output for CO2 (PPM), Temperature (C/F°) and Humidity (rH%) shall be provided for connection to BMS systems and to regulate speed controllers or EC fans. During normal operation, the output of the device is proportional to the values.
A dry contact/volt free connection to a BMS (building management system) or central control panel to send an alarm signal upon the defined CO2 level shall be provided. This terminal can be used in conjunction with other external relays that affect other devices, and controls such as purge fans, audible alarms, strobe/beacons.
Power supply shall be via +24V AC/DC or 230V 50/60Hz
LED Indication of CO2 levels shall be visually identified by Green – OK, Yellow – Low, and RED – High.
Digital connection via RS-485 Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP communication protocols shall be available dependent on model
